A single woman in her 50s needs help getting a new rental. Her apartment has been a month to month lease and her landlord just gave her two weeks to move as he needs the apartment (that connects to his house) for his niece who is suddenly homeless. He feels terrible, but he needs to help his family. She has finally found a trailer to rent that she can afford, but she needs $695.00 plus $695.00 security deposit. She did not have to have a security deposit for her last rental, so she doesn’t get any money back to use for a new security deposit. The new landlord is willing to get her into the trailer for $400.00 and she is able to make the rest of the money by the end of November or December with her work. This all just caught her by surprise and if she isn’t able to pay the $400 by November 1st she will lose the trailer and be homeless. Despite this stressful situation, her faith and hope in God is inspiring. We would love to be part of God’s answer to her prayers.
