This person is is an 80 year old widow living on Social Security at a local RV Park. She does not have family close by or involved in her life. She has steps to get in and out of her RV that need repaired. During the winter months, it is especially dangerous and she has fallen on two occasions. She had a local handyman give her an estimate of what it would cost to replace/repair the steps. His estimate was $500.
