An elderly disabled gentleman who lives on a fixed income through Social Security needs help with property taxes. After a lengthy divorce left him homeless, he invested every last dollar to his name into this home. However, rising property taxes has put him in a bind, as they have been doubling for him ever since he purchased. Even going on a payment plan raised the cost of his taxes. He has tried his best to live within his means, however, this cost is unavoidable if he wishes to keep his home. He has $700 left to pay by June and has no idea how he's going to afford it. He was only informed this year that he qualifies for the Property Tax Reduction program in Idaho and has applied, but his reduction will only count toward next year's taxes--these, from last year, are still due at full cost. So, while next year he will be capable of paying them due to the reduction program, he needs help with this year. Any help will be an immense relief.
