A man in his 50s had an unexpected heart attack requiring quadruple bypass surgery and his lung was nicked in surgery plus his throat damaged when they pulled the tube out leaving him temporarily unable to speak. He is self employed as a jack of all trades in the construction industry and will be unable to work for 6 months because of heavy lifting.
