Help a client get her driver's license

$15.00

This person as has worked tirelessly over the last several months to get all of the documents collected and get everything ready that has been required for her to get her new driver's license, but unfortunately, when she went to take the test they told her that she could not get an Idaho driver's license due to the fact that her name on her birth certificate is misspelled. Even though her social security card is spelled the way she goes by now, and even though all her official school documentation spells it the way she spells it now, her marriage and divorce certificate, etc., because her original birth certificate doesn't, Idaho is requiring her to change it if she wants a driver's license and STAR card in the name she's used throughout her entire life. She now needs to go through the process of correcting her birth certificate so she can get her driver's license. The fee is $45, payable to Office of Vital Records. She also needs help with the reinstatement fee being paid to the state of Idaho ($85). She paid a reinstatement fee to the state of Oregon, which was apparently another requirement, but Idaho also has a reinstatement fee separate from that.

She just earned her 18 month sobriety chip (yay!) and this will help her continue her path of sobriety and independence.

You can donate $15 - $135 by adjusting the quantity.
