An elderly woman needs help fixing a plumbing issue in her house
A 70 years old who is disabled with bad lymphedema in one leg and kidney disease needs help with a house repair. She lives alone and she pays a mortgage on an old house with plumbing issues and she needs to get KGandT plumbing to professionally snake out her system so it doesn’t back up into her house. Right now she’s very careful about flushing the toilet once a day and only takes sponge baths. She lives solely on Social Security which pays her mortgage, electric, water and some food. She needs $400.00 to pay KGandT plumbing in Bonners Ferry to snake out her plumbing of the tree roots that are causing the problem.
The long term goal is for her to sell her house and rent an apartment in CDA near her doctors and physical therapy with zero home maintenance, but that will be after winter. We’re just trying to help her get through the winter/ spring months right now. She also lays cardboard on the floors and windows to keep the house warmer and her electric/ gas bill lower. She’s a tough gal and is trying to make things work but the plumbing is too hard for her to fix alone. Regular plumbers don’t have the professional snakes she needs.
You can donate $50 - $400 by adjusting the quantity.
Thank you so much for any help you can provide!
