This client hasn't been late or missed a rent payment for the nearly 3 years she has lived here. She had a mice infestation and a kitchen plumbing issue that she had to get resolved, which put her $200 short on her rent that is due on April 1st. She has a budget, knows exactly how much she needs for rent/household expenses, and is being proactive by asking for help in advance.
